J&F House Shinjuku is located in the center of Tokyo near JR Shinjuku Station and Tokyo Metro Shinjuku-san-chome Station. This house has 10 rooms all together. The cultural exchange between tenants from all over the world living together is very exciting! As of May 2011, there are tenants from America, Korea, Australia, Sweden, and Taiwan. It's easy to reach your destination, no matter where it is with great access to many train stations (a 3 minute walk to the Toei Shinjuku Line, Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, and Fukutoshin Line at Shinjuku-san-chome Station and a 10 minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. If you're heading to Shibuya, you can take the Fukutoshin Line and arrive in about 7 minutes.

J&F House Nishi-Kawaguchi is a very international area. Many people from around the world visit this area throughout the year. There are tenants from 7 countries at present, so it's the best place for people who are interested in international cultural and language exchange. Each room is 6.5 tatami mats in size and all have a large closet, free internet connection, and AC. Smoking is not permitted in the house, so that adds to cleanliness. Shower booths are not coin-operated, so it is very economical on the cost of living.

J&F House Minami-Gyotoku has 23 rooms in total and is located near Minami-Gyotoku Station on the Tozai Line in Chiba Prefecture. This house is located in a peaceful residential area. You can easily access Monzen-nakacho, Kayabacho, Nihonbashi, Otemachi, Takadanobaba, and Nakano stations and you can reach the center of Tokyo by taking just one train line. There is a convenience store and 100yen Lawson only 10 seconds from the house! There is also a park and sports gym where you can enjoy a nice walk on a sunny day or exercise and refresh yourself. There is a supermarket, restaurant, hospital, pharmacy, and Yamada electronics store around the area of the station so you can fully enjoy your everyday life.

There is a shower room, toilet, and kitchen in each room. Each room is 22㎡ in area. There is also free internet connection in each room. The monthly rent starts from ￥60,000Yen～＋￥15,000 for utilities. It takes only 30 seconds to the closest convenience store! It takes about 27 minutes to Shinjuku station, about 19 minutes to Ueno station, and about 7 minutes to Omiya station.

J&F House Warabi is located on the Keihin-Tohoku Line's Warabi Station and is one of our largest houses with 95 rooms and many tenants from all over the world. As of May 2011 there are tenants from Sweden, Korea, Saudia Arabia, China, Spain, America, Taiwan, England, Brazil, Mexico, Nepal, the Phillipines, and Vietnam. You can easily access places in the center of Tokyo such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Tokyo station, Ueno, and Akihabara from Warabi station. There is a convenience store and produce shop, and a shopping area in front of the station so you can always have access to everyday neccesities.

The first large-scale guesthouse in Osaka! With 91 rooms in total, people from all over the world are enjoying their time at J&F House Uriwari. The house is only a 6-minute walk from the Osaka-Shiei Subway Tanimachi Line's Kire-Uriwari Station! No need to change lines if headed to Tennoji and it only takes 30 minutes to access Nanba and Shinsaibashi. The area around the house is very calm and relaxing. There is also a convenience store, restaurants, supermarket open until midnight, pharmacy, Uni Qlo, and a park when you can go running or just relax and enjoy your free time.

J&F House Kansai 2 is located on the Hankyu Kobe Line's Mukonoso Station and is the largest guesthouse in the Kobe area with 80 rooms! It is a brand new house just opened in February 2011. Tenants are from Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia, India, Canada, America, and Germany (as of May 2011). It only takes 15 minutes to get to Umeda, Osaka, and about 20 minutes to Sannomiya by train. It also only takes about 15 minutes by foot to reach the JR Kobe Line's Tachibana station.
